The Republican State Enterprise "Kazaeronavigatsia" is the largest provider of air navigation services in the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - RK). The enterprise was established by order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 1995 № 133 in accordance with the decision in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 10, 1994 № 489.
The purpose entity under a statute is to ensure that the needs of airspace users RK air navigation services and meet the needs of the civil aviation industry in aviation training, medical support.
The main activities are:
- Organization and maintenance of air traffic in the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Ensuring safety in the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Operation of radio communications and flight support;
- Provision of Aeronautical Information airspace users RK.
Meteorological support and information Department
In accordance with the amendments and addendums to the Charter of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE and according to the order of the Director General of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE, from November 11, 2015 “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE carries out MET services.
Construction Department
The main tasks of the Construction Department are the organization of design work, construction, major repairs of buildings and structures, reconstruction of facilities (according to approved plans and design estimates).
Safety management system
In accordance with the Law of RK of 15.07.10g. №339-IV «On the use of CAP RK and aviation," types of document management flight safety in air traffic services, approved by Order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of 28.03.11g №173, in June 2012 "Kazaeronavigation" formed Department of Safety Management for the organization, implementation and maintenance of the safety management system (SMS) in the enterprise.
The system of search and rescue and meteorological support of flights
In compliance with the standards and recommendations of ICAO, a system search and rescue operations in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following activities:
1.create a focal point for Search and Rescue;
2.provided duty aircraft for search and rescue flight operations with the training flights with airlines;
3.conducted connected and coordination exercises for search and rescue;
4.participation in full-scale exercises for search and rescue.
Professional Training Center of "Kazaeronavigatsia" RSE
The Professional Training Center (Center) offers employers and employees of the aviation industry modern certified professional training programs. As a full member of the global training system within the framework of the TRAINAIR PLUS Program of the International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO, the PTC defines the application and promotion of international training standards as a key element.
Aviation Medical Center of «Kazaeronavigatsia» RSE
The unique Medical Kazakhstan Center is equipped with an innovative approach and medical devices in accordance with international standards. In addition to expert activities, the Aviation Medical Center provides medical, diagnostic and rehabilitation services to civil aviation staff, thereby providing the intensive observation during medical evidence.
