Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Beibut Atamkulov held a videoconferencing meeting regarding Airport in Turkestan

On November 10, 2020, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Beibut Atamkulov, a video conferencing meeting was held, where were discussed regarding the issuance of the certificate of Aerodrome worthiness in Turkestan, as well as the readiness of airlines to start regular flights at the airport in Turkestan.

The meeting was attended by representatives of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC, Turkistan International Airport, Kazaeronavigatsia RSE and airlines (Air Astana, SCAT, Qazaq Air, Fly Arystan).

Kazaeronavigatsia RSE informed about implementation status of the projects of the air navigation infrastructure of the international airport in Turkestan, as well as the receipt of a certificate of compliance with the requirements for an air navigation service provider that allows air traffic services, the provision of communication systems, navigation and meteorological support of flights at the international airport in Turkestan.
