Singapore Airlines launches Airbus A350-900 aircraft to New York

Singapore Airlines representatives have announced the relaunching of non-stop flights between New York and Singapore starting from November 9. The flight will be operated to New York's John F. Kennedy Airport, as reported by the news agency Tourism.
Singapore Airlines intends to launch its 253-seat Airbus A350-900 aircraft on this route. The aircraft has 42 seats in business class and 24 seats in premium economy. The remaining 187 seats will be installed in economy class. Initially, the airline has used a new ultra-long-range modification of the A350 - A350-900ULR and this version was developed by Airbus specifically for such routes. Thus, the distance has increased to 15,348.31 km and the travel time is now 18 hours and 40 minutes.
Singapore is still closed to most foreign tourists. No one is allowed enter into the country, except for those who have dual citizenship or is domiciled in Singapore. All arrivals, without exception, are sent to mandatory quarantine for two weeks.
