Serik Bildeshevich Shulembaev graduated from the Kirovograd Air Navigation Civil Aviation College with a degree in Aircraft Navigation. From the date of Kokshetau branch foundation, Serik Bildeshevich was working as ATM Deputy Director - Head of the Traffic Service, controller, senior controller, Flight Director and since 2017 he has been working as the ATM controller-trainer. His working experience in civil aviation is 45 years.

Over the years of his aviation experience, he has contributed generously to the development of air traffic, thereby passing his enormous experience and professional skills to young specialists.
