On October 20, 2020, Petropavlovsk branch hosted an event dedicated to the International Day of Air Traffic Controller. The oldest ATM employees told about the history of this holiday, as well as the history of the branch and the aerodrome of Petropavlovsk. Upon completion of this celebration, the branch director of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia" F. Kunanbaev awarded branch employees. Special prominence was given to Sergey Tulinov, Head of the ATM Service, who has experience more than 45 years.
Sergey Alekseevich was born on December 7, 1952 in Petropavlovsk. In 1974, aged 22 at the time, he entered the Petropavlovsk United Air Squadron as a 3rd class radio technician. A year later, Sergey Alekseevich completed initial training courses and became the ATM air traffic controller. From 1982 to 1995 he worked as a senior controller, flight director of the Petropavlovsk air division. In 1991 he graduated from the Civil Aviation Academy of the Order of Lenin. From 1995 to the present, his career has been associated with the Petropavlovsk branch of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia", where he has worked as a senior controller, flight director, head of the ATM service.
During this period, he has proven himself as an excellent manager and expert, thereby continuing disinterestedly to pass his huge working and life experience to colleagues and young specialists. Working on various positions, he was repeatedly encouraged with prizes and was awarded with certificates.
