Qatar Airways was named to be the best airline in the world. Airhelp experts estimated the business for several characteristics. This includes quality of service, punctuality and compensation for the delay or cancellation of flights. This Qatari air company has always carefully been examining all cases and it promptly reacts to them, analysts say.

The Top-3 also included Air Dolomiti (Italy) and Austrian Airlines (Austria). Italians were praised for the fact that when modeling this low-cost carrier the staff does everything for a good service, and the Austrians – for renewal of their economy class (extra legroom, movies, music, and two variants of the menu) and attentiveness.

The Top-10 also includes Singapore Airlines, KLM-Royal Dutch Airlines, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Air Baltic, Cathay Pacific Airways, Air Canada, and Finnair.
