Meteorological Service of the SE RC ATM branch of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia"

A modernization and updating of the special software of the integrated radio technical aerodrome meteorological station "KRAMS-4", the "MeteoTelex" message switching center and the "MeteoConsultant" automated information system have been implemented at the Meteorological Service of the SE RC ATM branch of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia".

Modernization of special software allows to provide with KRAMS-4 a receiving, transferring and processing an information regarding the height both in the metric and in feet system, to support an average in the metric system in accordance with the Civil Aviation Meteorological Safety Rules and Appendix 3 ICAO (paragraph 4.5.4.2, Appendix 3).

Updating the CCC "MeteoTelex":

- "MeteoTelex-CENTER" CCC was configured;

- a possibility to connect the "MeteoTelex" CCC to the AFTC CCC;

- from the KRAMS-4 station has been configured a channel to the AMRS "MeteoCell", transmitting current weather data for DWR functioning and etc.

The software module “MeteoSense” is installed in the "MeteoConsultant" software module, allowing to generate a procedure for performing format-logical control and automated generation of TAF, GAMET, SIGMET, AIRMET reports.
