Sergey Vladimirovich was born on September 23, 1970 in Angren, Tashkent region. In 1991, he graduated from the Civil Aviation Order of Lenin Academy in Leningrad with a degree in air transport operation. He has gone from an air traffic controller to the Head of the ATM service. During the working period, he has given his productive and vital experience to colleagues and young employees.
