Opening pathways to the aviation industry for the capital's school students

As part of the Next Generation Aviation Inspiration Day event, organized by the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, school students had a unique opportunity to look into the heart of the aviation industry.

At the simulator center of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE, participants were given a practical demonstration of the work of an air traffic controller—one of the most responsible professions in civil aviation.

The students saw:

• how air traffic control is carried out

• how air traffic controller make decisions in real time

• how technology helps ensure safety

The interactive format allowed the school students to feel part of the airspace management system and better understand the skills needed to work in aviation.

Such initiatives generate interest in the professions of the future and inspire a new generation of aviation industry specialists.
