First Airlines, Japanese company, has developed a unique travel experience. They propose to make a virtual air travel by first class and visit the most different parts of the world without taking off. The cost of a flight for one person is about $ 60, according to Simple Flying.
Reportedly, First Airlines has accurately recreated the first-class cabin of the Airbus A310 and installed original seats. Therefore, passengers would feel themselves as comfortable as possible even in virtual flight. Each trip is structured as follows: tourists go through the check-in gate and take their places on the board. During takeoff and landing, using visual and sound effects, the system creates an illusion of a real flight. During the entire flight, clouds pass outside the virtual windows for greater reliability. Several flight attendants serve passengers and deliver the food. For each destination has been developed an individual menu: persons, heading to France, might enjoy smoked salmon and foie gras; passengers are proposed a grilled pork and tiramisu on Italian flights; and travelers heading to Hawaii are served soft-shell shrimps and scallops.
Currently, customers have access to ten different routes - to Italy, France, Finland, New Zealand, USA, Hawaii and the largest cities of Japan. It is worth noting, during the pandemic and restrictions on air travel, such initiatives are becoming more popular. Previously, the Taiwan airport has developed a special excursion program for tourists whereby passengers can get acquainted with all the pre-flight procedures and even make a boarding process, but without the possibility of further flight.
