By order of the Minister for Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 1995 No. 133 in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 10, 1994 No. 489, an independent separate  Republican state-owned enterprise for air traffic management,  technical operation of ground-based vehicles of radio-technical flight support and telecommunication "Kazaeronavigatsia" was created by separating from the National Joint-Stock Company “Kazakhstan Aye Zholy”.
