From June 20 Kazakhstan would resume international flights

Kazakhstan is gradually resuming international flights to Turkey, China, South Korea, Thailand, Georgia and Japan, according to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development. On June 20, 2020, they schedule to launch preliminary flights to Turkey, the MIID stated.

The number of flights on international routes will be operated on existing intergovernmental agreements on air traffic and depending on the commercial loading of aircrafts on each route. Flights and ticket sales would be carried out according to the schedule published on the airline websites , after lifting following restrictions on the citizen displacement across state borders with these countries and as well as the epidemiological situation would improve in increased sanitary safety measures.

At the end of May, the Civil Aviation Committee reported the issue of renewed flights with low-risk countries - China, South Korea and Azerbaijan is being worked out at the first stage. At the second stage, they have intended to renew flights to Turkey, the UAE, Germany, Thailand and the Czech Republic.
