Kazakhstanis will not be allowed to board an aircraft without masks

Passengers will not be allowed on board without masks and gloves. This was announced by Managing Director of Logistics and International Cooperation of JSC «Samruk-Kazyna» Kanat Alpysbayev.
According to an optimistic forecast, the resumption of flights in Kazakhstan is expected from May 15. Restoring an industry after quarantine can take at least a year and a half.
Civil Aviation Committee noted that the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan continues to work on preparations for the restoration of the civil aviation industry. In particular, it provides for the temporary extension of permits, as well as a phased transition of airports to standard activities.
The validity period of certificates on the organization of inspection by the aviation security service of the airport, certificates on the admission of aviation security specialists to work, is extended, up to 90 days, certificates of crew members.
An enhanced disinfection regime has been introduced at all airports in Kazakhstan, and the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of waiting rooms, toilets, handles, buttons, and handrails has been increased.
