Training Center instructors have been trained at IATA Training Center

The Training Center of RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia” attaches great importance to the development of training faculty and cooperates with leading global training centers and international organizations to that end.

In order to improve their qualification, from 05 to 07 February 2020, 2 instructors of the Training Center were trained at IATA Training center on "Train the trainers / Training instructors of Aviation Training Centers", held in Singapore.

This course allows trainers to learn about new approaches and methods for training aviation personnel, improving teaching skills, applying various tools and practices in the development of educational material.

The course participants were also trainers from the UAE, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Nepal and Libya, which had enabled to exchange an expertise, and undoubtedly to contribute the introduction of an unique approach for aviation personnel training in the world.
