Air Italy reported on the termination of their operations

On February 11, Air Italy suspended its activities. Italy's second-largest carrier reported on liquidation, according to company's press service. According to official information, the decision on liquidation was made at the shareholders meeting related to complicated market conditions.
It should be noted, from February 11 to February 25 2020, all flights will be operated by other carriers at the appointed time on schedule. If desired, passengers will be able to return tickets and get their cost. For travelers whose flights are scheduled after February 25, a full price compensation is provided in any convenient way - to a card, at the ticket office or at the carrier’s office. All unpaid and incomplete bookings on the Air Italy website will be automatically canceled.
Air Italy had been operating since 2018, the air fleet consisted of 13 Boeing and Airbus aircrafts. The carrier was AQA Holding subsidiary, whose shares were owned by Alisarda and Qatar Airways.
