Nobody needs Boeing aircrafts

In early 2020, in front of situation with Boeing 737 MAX, American company hasn't receive a single new order. For the first time, nobody needs its aircrafts since 1962, according to Toppress.kz with reference to Reuters.

The main Boeing competitor, European aircraft manufacturer - Airbus, has received 274 new orders for the supply of commercial aircrafts. Over the past 15 years, this is the best result of the company.

Last year, Airbus was ahead of Boeing for the supply of civilian aircrafts more than twice. For the first time since 2012, the global leader in this industry has been changed, however an advantage of Europeans has never been so impressive.

The crisis of the American corporation is directly related to Boeing 737 MAX issues. Since March previous year, this model flights have been suspended  after two disasters. The company has not yet known when aircrafts are recognized safety. According to the latest data, the US Federal Aviation Administration expects to issue the permit mid-year. By this time, Fitch estimates that Boeing’s debt would reach $ 32-34 billion. According to media reports, to recover a cash balance, the company agreed on a loan of $ 12 billion from more than a dozen banks.

Previously, "Sukhoy Civil Aircrafts" sold only one Sukhoy Superjet 100 of the 20 planned aircrafts in a year. Nevertheless, in 2020, the company will produce another 20 aircrafts.
