S7 Airlines introduces a new ticket payment method

According to the portal Frequentflyers, S7 Airlines has got a new ticket payment method called Miles & Cash. The airline offers the participants of its S7 Priority loyalty program a new way to pay for air tickets, when part of the value is paid in miles and part in rubles. Thus, you can buy tickets on S7 flights on any tariffs except subsidized ones.

Previously, you could only buy a ticket for the full price, paying cash, or pay a fare by miles, and fees by cash. Currently, a new payment method is available only on s7.ru website; in the near future, such an opportunity would also appear at S7 Airlines mobile application.

Similar conditions align to some other airlines, for example, at Lufthansa, Turkish Airlines fees can be payed by miles, while UTair can be payed by cash and miles in any proportion, in so doing, the one mile is equal to one ruble.
