In Germany, flying machine was tested, that moves through the airport terminals and monitors passengers, according to Airport Technology.
Alexander Lauckenmann, Head of Fraport Terminal Management Department, after conducting H-Aero tests, has noted that using innovative technologies plays an major role in all areas of airport activities, including check-in security and terminals. In the near future, specialists promised to continue testing the H-Aero with new features and applications.
Last year, Wired edition called innovative services that are beginning to be introduced at airports worldwide.
These included universal check-in counters, which save passengers from the need to look for a particular airline's counter to receive a boarding pass and baggage claim.
Another best innovation was named the assistant robots.
These machines already have worked at Tokyo Airport and help passengers to find their gate.
Another modern novelty was tested at Schiphol Airport - a special scanner for checking hand luggage, which allows passengers not to get a laptop out of their bags and carry liquids in the cabin.
