Zhambyl branch of RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia” has entered into exploitation the modern information equipment

Automation is one of the basic composite of technical progress.

Currently, in the global civil aviation, automated information systems are widely used to solve multiple tasks, ranging from aircraft construction to booking airline tickets.

From November 20, 2019, 03:00 UTC, the Zhambyl branch of the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia” has entered into exploitation the automated broadcasting information system equipment "Automated meteorological information system" and the VHF broadcasting equipment of ATIS (Automatic Terminal Information Service), manufactured by Rohde & Schwarz.

The ATIS utilization allows to reduce the load on the controller, making it unnecessary to transmit the similar data to each new crew within its area of responsibility.
