FlyArystan lured passengers

The low-cost branch of Kazakhstan airline Air Astana, the FlyArystan airline, for the first six months of operation, has transported around half a million passengers. According to the leadership of the air discounter, due to this project, Kazakhstan has a "substantial number of people who finally moved from other transport modes to an aircraft and made their first flight in life"

Official statistics showed, that with the launch of FlyArystan, decline in the key progress indicators of the country's passenger air transport really has been replaced with their growth. The IATA representative at the "Wings of the Future 2019" forum (hosted by ATO Events) noted that within two decades, Kazakhstan's air transport indicators will grow by 2.5 times.

FlyArystan carrier made its first passenger flight on May 1, 2019. Six months later (183 days), the low-cost airline said it had completed more than 2.5 thousand flights. Therefore, during this period, the air discounter has operated almost 14 flights daily, or more than four flights a day on a scheduled aircraft.
