Airbus, French aircraft manufacturer, has released its vision of the future aircraft, according to Travel and Leisure.
As part of an industry event in Los Angeles, Airbus Vice President of Marketing Ingo Wuggetzer, talked about how the company sees the equipment of the future aircraft. According to him, the aircraft will be delivered with a set of high-tech gadgets, helping the crew members to provide passengers with a pleasant and safe flight. “The liners of the future would also allow airlines to save a lot of money and unambiguously anticipate any passenger needs,” the expert said.
The aircraft of the future is planned to be equipped with sensors throughout the cabin. Including sensors of seat belts, seat backs, as well as cameras at the toilet rooms. Each seat on the aircraft of the future will be programmed in keeping with the individual passenger needs. This concerns the preferences in seating position, nutrition and in-flight entertainment. “Such aircrafts are not a dream, however, it is not yet known when it would actually appear in the sky,” said I.Wuggetzer.
