Pegasus Airlines, Turkish low-cost airline is selling its 49% share in Air Manas, Kyrgyz private carrier. On September 12, the decision was taken by the Pegasus Airlines Board of Directors. This information was confirmed by ATO.ru.

On the same day, Pegasus Airlines had concluded an agreement about selling Air Manas share with AviaTrade Corp. LP, registered on January 8, 2018 in Northern Ireland, in Belfast. Founders of AviaTrade Corp. LP are Alexander Belovol and Ampersand Group LTD (registered in the Seychelles).
