Helsinki will launch an air taxi

On August 29, the first test flight of a passenger multi-copter had taken place at Helsinki Airport, according to the Yle, local television and radio company. Volocopter, German company, is planning to launch the unmanned taxi.
Tests were conducted as part of the Gulf of Finland U-Space project. The Finnish-German cooperation was organized for checking the capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles. It should be noted, the training flight was attended by the pilot, since to date, none of the countries worldwide does not allow to conduct tests offline.
VoloCity air taxi drone is a flying machine, similar to helicopter, with vertical take-off and landing. Dron can be used for moving around the city. According to the constructors, air taxi meets all the requirements and standards of the European Aviation Safety Agency.
