Team building for RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia" employees

On the eve of Constitution Day, team building was organized for central office employees of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia" at the "Balkaragai" recreation area.

Team building allows to solve several corporate goals:

• create an atmosphere of informal communication;

• help to create a team;

• reduce the adaptation time for new employees;

• identify leaders;

• put a team together;

• increase employee loyalty to the company;

• develop team spirit and ability to work in a team.

Team building is not only useful and necessary, it is also funny.

Enterprise employees had plunged into the atmosphere of free communication, received a lot of newest sensations, recharged with positive energy and gained significant teamwork experience for achieving goals.
