Some foreign airlines decided to return the previously banned Boeing 737 MAX aircrafts. According to The Times, the carriers returned tickets sales for these aircrafts: passengers, who booked tickets at the end of 2019, found out themselves flying on the Boeing 737 MAX.
There is the question of the TUI airlines, United Airlines and American Airlines, which are planning to put banned aircrafts on the routes since October. It should be reminded, the Boeing 737 MAX operation was banned worldwide after two crashes - in Indonesia and Ethiopia, which killed 346 people. The catastrophes were associated with a problem in the MCAS aircraft control system, which is still not resolved.
