Modern meteorological equipment was installed at the Boralday remote position

According to the Enterprise’s Investment Plan, modern meteorological equipment of the meteorological service of the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia” SE RC ATM subsidiary was installed at the Boralday remote position, which is capable for improving the quality of transmitted meteorological information.

The equipment includes: the Integrated Radiotechnical Aerodrome Meteorological Station (KRAMS-4) with a set of meteorological sensors, such as a visibility meter (Nephelometer FS11), a wind speed and direction meter (WAA151, WAV151), an atmospheric pressure meter (PTB330) and a humidity meter and air temperature (HMP155).

KRAMS-4 station of various configurations has been installed in more than 120 aerodromes, heliports and helipads in various countries, including 50 international airports of ICAO I-III category.
