Norwegian Airlines will sell cryptocurrency tickets

Norwegian Air Shuttle passengers will be able to pay for a flight with bitcoins, according to the Dagens Næringsliv (DN), Norwegian publication. This option will be available only to Norway residents.

Also, in the near future plans, the airline will open its own stock exchange on the Internet, where a trading will bring to customers additional points and bonuses. It can be used for Norwegian Air Shuttle, current franchise program.

Perhaps, the interest in cryptocurrency from the Norwegian air carrier is associated with the new owner: in July, the company was headed by Lars Ola Chios, a well-known bitcoin investor. According to media reports, in digital currency, the entrepreneur holds more than 400 thousand dollars.
