Tasks of corporate culture development are relevant for our company. The corporate culture of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia" is based on a respectful, caring attitude to established traditions, celebrations, cultural education of employees.

Within the team, it is accepted to celebrate colleagues’s birthdays, public holidays; the company selectively organizes corporate events, aimed at observing traditions, upbringing of a proper respectful attitude to such events, in general, participation in public life of the country and team.

And one of these events is the solemn send-off of employees for a well-deserved rest.

Observing this tradition, on May 27, 2019, employees of the Karaganda subsidiary of the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia” organized a retirement party for Ermakov Nikolai Alexandrovich, an engineer, first category, Technical department of  the CNS/ATM service.

Nikolai Alexandrovich has been working at the civil aviation since 1976, after Rylsky Aviation Technical School of Civil Aviation graduation, he went from radio technician at Balkhash Airport to engineer of the 1st category Technical department of  the CNS/ATM ,Karaganda subsidiary of the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia”.

His seniority in the industry is 45 years. During the work, he showed himself as an excellent organizer, experienced, competent specialist.

Thank-you note and a memorable gift on behalf of the team were presented  on the event, the female half of the subsidiary handed flowers. A lot of warm words and wishes had been said, remembering his career.
