The team of the RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia" participated in the European Football Championship among air traffic controllers

In Moscow, from May 20 to May 24, 2019, the European Championship 2019 was conducted among air traffic controllers, in which 39 teams from 41 countries participated, including our crew team of the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia”.

This year, our team has played Group H, where they met with the strongest teams, such as Greece, Norway, Germany, Finland, where team won three victories and played one draw, thereby taking first place in their group.

In the 1/8 finals, our team met with Austria team and won a landslide victory.

In 1/4 finals, in the hardest fight, our team gave in to France team.

For the fifth place, our team played with Barcelona team and won on penalties, and also confidently won matches with teams from Brussels and Nice.

Eventually, our football team has entered the top five strongest teams of the European Championship 2019, where it took the honorable fifth place of 39 teams, participated in the international Moscow football tournament.

The next European Championship 2020 tournament will held in Verona, Italy.

We are convinced that our RSE "Kazaeronavigatsia" team will take one of the top places in the championship.
