A presentation of multi-purpose mid-range aircrafts held in Kazakhstan

The main technical characteristics and operational parameters of multi-purpose aircrafts generated by the Ural Civil Aviation factory were presented to representatives of the Central government authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Aviation Committee, the State Forest Guard Service, Air Ambulance, and Security Forces.

During the meeting, there were presented technical characteristics of multi-purpose aircrafts of small and middle class L-410, designed for 19 seats, and L-610 with 40 seats. These types of aircrafts are applicable as a cargo, ambulance and landing mode of transport. In the future, they can replace the An-2 and An-26 aircrafts.

The meeting was held as part of the implementation of the plan for bilateral cooperation in the field of industrial and scientific-technical cooperation of enterprises between the Ministry of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Talgat Zhanzhumenov, First Vice-Minister of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan, also met with delegation members of the Civil Aviation factory. According to him, the department on a permanent basis studies modern samples of weapons and military equipment, production, that conducive to performing these tasks of ensuring the country's defense and vital activity of the state. At the same time, special attention is given to prospective projects that can be implemented in our country, based on Kazakhstan enterprises jointly with foreign partners. In particular, if there is interest in these types of aircrafts from the Kazakh government authorities ,organizing the assembly facility of these aircrafts, or repairing and maintaining them, it will be possible to establish in Kazakhstan, because the market of our country is one of the most prospective and most attractive for Russians.
