Kazaeronavigatsia held a meeting of heads of meteorological services of the Enterprise

Within the walls of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE held the annual meeting of the Department of Meteorological Support and Information. Heads of meteorological services of branches and remote positions of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE attended it. In total, the working meeting was attended by more than 30 specialists, including directors of the Department of Air Traffic Management and operation of radio technical equipment and communications.

The meeting was opened by the First Deputy Director General Faat Bogdashkin. He noted that the high level of professionalism of meteorological service specialists contributes to the safety and efficiency of aircraft flights.

In the course of the meeting the issue of possibility to expand the courses of professional training and retraining of aviation meteorologists in international aviation training centers of the World Meteorological Organization was touched upon.Also, the results of internal audits on flight safety regarding meteorological support were announced, following the results of which a positive trend was noted.

As a result, the specialists identified priorities and tasks of meteorological services of branches and plans for the development and modernization of meteorological equipment at airfields in Kazakhstan 2024-2025.
