The main task of the air traffic controller is to control the movement of aircraft. This task is extremely difficult and responsible.

In order to present the work of the air traffic controller, to tell about the features of training and maintenance of professional skills of air traffic controllers, specialists of the ATC service of Aktau branch of RSE "Kazaeronavigatsiya" held meetings with high school students in a number of Aktau schools. For the purpose of career guidance, students were shown video materials that give an idea of the work. Students showed a high interest in the profession of air traffic controller, also discussed issues related to the initial training of air traffic controllers, the importance of basic knowledge of technical disciplines and foreign languages.
