On April 30, 2019 representatives of Pavlodar branch of RSE "Kazaeronavigatsiya" organized career guidance work among students of 3-4 courses of Pavlodar state University in order to attract the interest of students and graduates of the University to the activities of air traffic controller, aviation meteorologist – forecaster and observer for the further formation of the personnel reserve of our company.

The students were told about the main directions of work, structure, goals, objectives, as well as the prospects of development of RSE "Kazaeronavigatsiya", the organization of work of air traffic controllers and aviation meteorologists, qualification requirements for candidates for employment in these specialties, listed educational institutions of training, retraining, professional development of aviation specialists.

Students were given booklets with the address of the site where everyone can get full information about vacancies, qualification requirements for required specialists and rules of employment.
