The first FLY HR FORUM in Kazakhstan

On May 17, the Academy of Civil Aviation became the center of discussion of the latest trends and technologies in the field of aviation personnel management at the FLY HR FORUM. The event was attended by representatives of the country's leading airlines, airports and aviation enterprises. They gathered for one purpose, to share our accumulated knowledge and experience with the audience.
The modern HR sector is developing rapidly, and the forum has become a significant platform for the exchange of ideas on the introduction of new approaches and tools.
The rector of the Academy of Civil Aviation, Beken Seidakhmetov, opened the forum with a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of the event and the strategic importance of personnel training in aviation.
The panel session brought together experts from Qazaq Air, Turkish Airlines, Air Astana and Almaty International Airport, including Kazaeronavigatsia. Deputy Director General Ardak Utepov in his speech introduced those present to the activities of the enterprise, the main goal of which is to ensure flight safety in the airspace of Kazakhstan.

Professional training of aviation personnel is the main factor contributing to increased flight safety. For this reason, Kazaeronavigatsia employees undergo a thorough selection and training in the leading aviation training centers in both Kazakhstan and the world. I would like to note that the industry is developing continuously, and this only confirms the fact that aviation-related professions will remain one of the most in demand.
Previously, a number of cooperation agreements were signed between Kazaeronavigatsia and the Academy of Civil Aviation for the purpose of training air traffic controllers and ATSEP specialists. As part of the cooperation, more than a hundred students of the Academy had the opportunity to undergo practical training. Joint work in this direction will continue and strengthen.
Also, a job fair was also held in the Academy building at the same time. Here, employers had the opportunity not only to familiarize future employees with the company’s activities, but also to select the best candidates among the students.
