From June 10, SpiceJet plans to open flights to Kazakhstan

The Indian airline SpiceJet plans to start operating regular flights on the Delhi-Almaty-Delhi route from June 10, 2019, according to the press service of Kapital.kz.
Talgat Lastayev, chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee, held a meeting with Manozh Kumar, the senior general manager of the Indian airline - SpiceJet. At the session they discussed the airline’s plans for regular flights between two countries.
SpiceJet is an Indian lowcost airline that makes local and international flights. Besides to domestic flights, the company operates flights to Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Thailand, Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Maldives.
In case of further closure of Pakistan airspace, the airline plans to operate its flights through the Oman , Iran, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan airspace. The duration of the trip in one direction will be about 7 hours.
