First steps to a career in aviation meteorology

On May 3, 2019, the employees of the subsidiary “SE RC ATM” of the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia” held at the fair of vacancies and internships for graduates of 2019, organized by the Center for Career and Professional Development of the Academic Department of the Kazakh National University Al-Farabi under the slogan "Tabysqa zhetkіzer Zhol! Way to success!"

Conducting traditional job fairs is one of the most effective forms of opportunities for employers to create a personnel reserve of an enterprise among university graduates. Special interest to the Enterprise as a future potential employer were demonstrated by students of the 4^th course of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management of KazNU. Specially for them, experts of the Enterprise made a presentation: “Career in the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia” in the direction of aeronautical meteorology”. For future graduates of technical specialties, a presentation was also made on the career of air traffic controllers.

The atmosphere at the event was very lively, students asked a lot of questions, and, in their opinion, the job fair gave them the opportunity to get a first idea about the profession they chose, to learn more about the vocational training programs at  the Enterprise. Students graduating from KazNU in meteorology, programming, logistics areas, etc., also actively interested in employment opportunities, internships and summer practice at the working place.

In general, more than 30 organizations from Almaty took part in the job fair.
