Air traffic controllers of Kazaeronavigatsia successfully completed ICAO courses

Scheduled ICAO courses called M-ITP "Instructional Techniques Training for ATC OJTI and STDI" were held from April 1 to 12 of this year in the capital and were organized by specialists from the Professional Training Center. As a result, six air traffic controllers of Kazaeronavigatsia received certificates for completing the courses.

These courses are oriented for the initial training of air traffic controllers-instructors. Certificate holders can start instructor activities and study trainees both in the simulator and on the working position.

It is worth noting that during the two-week course, participants received theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as new skills and methods for interacting with trainees. The training was entirely in English. According to the organizers, these courses are an important step in improving the professional level of specialists in the field of air traffic.
