In April 2019, representatives of the "Kazaeronavigatsia" RSE organized career-oriented campaign in lyceum schools of Karaganda. The main task of which was to attract future specialists, disseminate information about the organization, increase the interest among young people in the field of aviation.

Information about the scope of activities, the main mission to ensure safety and quality, the structural component of our organization was presented to the target audience (students and teachers of schools). The activities of the air traffic controller and meteorologist were described in detail, the level of responsibility and professionalism of these positions was shown to the audience. The process of applying for the initial training of air traffic controllers and the opportunity to study at the Professional Training Center of the "Kazaeronavigatsia" RSE, as well as in a number of aviation training centers of European countries with further employment were described to the audience.

Students also showed high interest. Asked questions related to the activities of the air traffic controler and meteorologist showed knowledge and energy of young people, as well as their interest in becoming specialists. This is especially significant this year, the Year of Youth - a key factor in the competitiveness of our country in the modern world.
