FlyArystan will receive two Airbus A320 aircraft by the end of April

The first Kazakh low-cost airline FlyArystan will receive the first two narrow-body Airbus A320 aircraft by the end of April. According to the company these aircraft are age six, they undergo scheduled maintenance in Mineralnye Vody on the basis of the Russian provider of maintenance and repair S7 Technics. They are taken from the fleet of the mother company - Air Astana, but will get their own desighn.


The first regular flight will be performed by the company on May 1, 2019, the route network will include flights from Almaty to the cities of Nur Sultan, Taraz, Uralsk and Karaganda. Initially, the carrier's fleet will consist of four Airbus A320, but by 2022 the company plans to increase the fleet to 15 aircraft.


The provider S7 Technics has won the open tender on maintenance of the Air Astana airplanes in the summer of 2018. The contract for a period of five years requires the fulfilment specialists S7 Technics of forms C-check on a narrow-body Airbus A320s and wide-body Boeing 767.
