“Amal” holiday

The 14^th of March  is one of the oldest holidays of the Kazakh people – “Korisu kuni” (handshake day). People also call this holiday the “Amal” holiday. This is a holiday of peace and goodness, pure thoughts and good intentions, a holiday of humanism.
On this day, it is customary to visit relatives, forgive each other, and let go of old grievances. Elders bless the young.
They wish such warm wishes as: “Zhasyn kutty bolsyn!”, this means that our ancestors did not celebrate everyone’s birthdays separately. Obviously, in the new year a person gets one year added.
In connection with the “Amal” holiday, the team of the Aktau branch congratulated each other on a wonderful spring holiday and wished their most sincere wishes.
