Dassault Company acquired the TAG Aviation Group MRO business

French private aircraft manufacturer Dassault Aviation has concluded an agreement with the business aviation operator TAG Aviation Group to acquire the company's business of maintenance and repair (MRO) services for business aircrafts in Europe. The integration of TAG Aviation maintenance services into Dassault should be completed in the coming months, immediately after receiving all administrative permits, as reported in the company.

According to the Head of Dassault, Eric Trapier, taking control over the MRO provider will allow the aircraft manufacturer to strengthen its own network for the provision of maintenance services in Europe.
