Winter team building - 2019

On February 2 in the COUNTRY CLUB "Bal-qaragai"  was held  corporate team building - training for employees of the central office of  the Enterprise. In the team building took part 150 employees of the Enterprise, and meals was also provided (breakfast, lunch).

Team Byro Glaz Events organized various games: squirrel wheel, hound horses, big boom, 1000 differences, Rodeo bull riding, gallery phantom, team ski, tower Tetris, coolword.

It can be noted with confidence, the holding of such events helps to increase the level of trust and support in the team, creation of personal responsibility and development of motivation for team results; ensuring openness of communications that finally leads to increase of labor productivity.
