Representative of the meteorological service is aeronautical meteorologists - specialists, who conduct their daily, laborious, extremely important work in the big and small airports of the country. Their task is to provide high-quality meteorological information to consumers.

Of course, an aeronautical meteorologist is not a common profession, although one of the most romantic professions. The searching for a meteorological specialist, his training and adaptation is always a difficult task, requiring a lot of time and energy.

There are certain stages when parting with people is inevitable.

Basically, this is due to well-deserved rest of the specialists. In the period 2017 - 2018 years in the meteorological service of the Atyrau branch three specialists were recruited for vacant posts, after graduating from the Kazakh State National University named Al-Farabi, specializing in meteorology.

For any young specialist, the beginning of the work path is very important. The Staff and atmosphere reigning in it is important, the modern material and technical base is important, support and experience of professionals working there is important.

Thanks to the mentors, young specialists joined to the team and got the hang of the skills necessary in the work.
