THE MEETING OF THE "South East Regional Center of ATM" BRANCH STAFF WITH AIZHAN TAIBEKOVA, A SENIOR PROSECUTOR OF THE AVIATION TRANSPORT PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF ALMATY.

On 18 October 2023, senior prosecutor of the Aviation Transport Prosecutor's Office of Almaty Aizhan Taibekova held an annual working meeting with the staff of the branch.

There was a conversation about the harm of drugs, their impact on human life. At present, the use of synthetic drugs, which are more destructive and dangerous, is widespread. Aizhan Taibekova told about the impact of drugs on human life and health, noted the symptoms that clearly indicate a person who uses drugs.

Director of the branch S.S. Naukeyev noted that there are no drug-related cases among the branch employees. The work of the team is related to air traffic services and is aimed at ensuring flight safety. In addition, almost all employees undergo periodic and/or pre-shift medical examinations.

Senior prosecutor Aizhan Taibekova asked questions about salary, whether employees are satisfied with their amounts, and whether there are any questions or complaints to the Trade Union Committee.

Director of the branch S.S. Naukeyev emphasized that at this time the official salaries of the branch's employees have been equalized and brought into compliance. None of the employees express dissatisfaction with their salary.

The participants in the meeting replied that the Trade Union Committee compensates the cost of purchased vouchers for employees and children's holidays in summer camps, also provides financial assistance at the request of employees.

In addition, Aizhan Taibekova noted that the "Kazaeronavigatsia" RSE, according to the Main Transport Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the only Enterprise in the Republic that has no arrears in payment of salary, taxes and alimony payments, is stable and prosperous.

At the end of the meeting, Aizhan Taibekova answered the questions of the audience and emphasised that every employee of the branch has the right at any time to apply to the Aviation Transport Prosecutor's Office of Almaty in private and receive qualified legal assistance, answers to questions of legal nature or apply with a petition.
