Seminar for members of the Conciliation Commission was held at the Kostanay branch

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 8 of Article 159 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on September 22, 2023, the Kostanay branch held annual training for members of the Conciliation Commission on the application of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development of negotiation skills and achieving consensus in labor disputes.

The training was organized by the head of the Department of Personnel and Social Affairs of the Department of Administrative and Personnel Work, Khamet Serayev

The seminar participants were familiarized with the changes made to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2023, some of which directly related to the organization and conduct of meetings of the Conciliation Commission. Also, members of the Conciliation Commission familiarized with the main provisions of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the adoption of which, from July 1, 2023, a number of laws that previously guided the personnel services of the «Kazaeronavitsia» RSE became invalid.

During the seminar, participants asked questions, as well as wishes to conduct similar training on changes in labor legislation more often.
