The competition “Baiterek is the symbol of Astana, Munara is the he heart of the airport” in Atyrau subsidiary of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Atyrau subsidiary of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE held a competition of mock-up models and drawings on the theme “Baiterek is the symbol of Astana, Munara is the heart of the airport” among employees dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the aim of strengthening patriotism, love for the motherland and respect for the native country, which clearly demonstrated the artworks made by the employees of the subsidiary. In the framework of this competition, there were also conducted sports competitions in table tennis and mini-football among the units and departments of the subsidiary.

July 5, 2018 was the ceremony of awarding the winners of the competition “Baiterek is the symbol of Astana, Munara is the heart of the airport”. Employees who distinguished themselves with the most original ideas in creating mock-ups and drawings were awarded with diplomas and prizes. The main winner of this competition was Mr. Murat Nursultanov, the First Category Engineer of the  Radiotechnical Communications and Navigational Equipment unit. He presented a mock-up of the Baiterek monument and a drawing of a new technical building with a control tower “Munara”. In his drawing, he covered the means and equipment of all structural divisions of the subsidiary.

This competition was a source of inspiration for new ideas and an excellent motivation for ambitious subsidiary employees.
