The refresher training courses in the meteorological service

The meteorological support of aviation plays an important role in improving the safety, regularity and efficiency of flights. The safety in meteorological terms is achieved by correct estimation of meteorological conditions of flight, timely delivery of necessary meteorological information to consumers. To achieve this goal, the specialists of the meteorological service should be well prepared. And the refresher training courses will enable them in this. These courses allow the meteorologist to be always aware of the changes, refresh forgotten knowledge and get new ones. From 2017 to 2018 in the meteorological service of the Atyrau subsidiary, 10 specialists completed the refresher training course. Three of them had the Ab-initio training course in the Professional Training Center and 7 specialists completed the course abroad.

The refresher training courses give an opportunity not only to learn about new requirements and technologies, but, first of all, to meet like-minded people: with people who are sincerely devoted to their work. Thanks to the top-management of “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE our specialists have an opportunity to improve their professional level and their knowledge.
