Voluntary Saturday work day in the Karaganda branch of the "Kazaeronavigatsia" RSE

On April 28, 2023, at the initiative of the management of the Karaganda branch of the "Kazaeronavigatsia" RSE, a voluntary Saturday work   was held on the territory of the branch. Employees of all branch services came out to put their areas in order.

An announcement was made to the employee in advance to conduct a voluntary Saturday work day for cleaning the territory. An action plan for general cleaning of the territory was drawn up, cleaning sites for each group were determined.

The weather was very sunny, which put people in a great mood. Armed with the necessary equipment, the employees of the branch, including the director, heads of services and departments, gladly put the territory in order. Everyone worked actively and cheerfully, whitewashed the curbs near the building, swept the territory.

The purpose of the voluntary Saturday work  was not only to clean up the territory, but also to create a good mood in the team, improve the microclimate in the team, unite employees who in the future will be able to use the established contacts and relationships in their daily work.
