Meeting of employees of "Kazaeronavigatsia" RSE with graduate students.

In the Karaganda branch, according to the calculation, formed in accordance with the Methodology approved by the Deputy Director General on January 23, 2023, the need for new ATS specialists for 2023-2028 will be more than 20 people.

Since the age of the meteorological service employees, the need for new specialists for 2023-2028 will be more than 7 people.

Taking into account the predicted need for personnel, and in order to form personnel reserve of specialists in the civil aviation industry, as well as to familiarize and show youth interest in the activities of engineers (meteorological service, CNS service) and civil aviation air traffic controllers, employees of the Karaganda branch of "Kazaeronavigatsia" RSE organized a professional orientation work in schools, colleges and universities in Karaganda city and Balkhash.

During the meeting, information was provided on the field of activity, the main mission of the company to ensure safety and quality, and the structural component of the company.

During the presentation, specialist of ATM service described in detail   applying procedure for ab-initio training courses for air traffic controllers, training process and conditions in the professional training center. Employees of the meteorological service and the CNS service provided information about profession of weather forecaster and observer, aviation engineer, shared their experience in choosing a career direction.

In turn, the students showed increased interest in the profession, many questions were asked regarding the activities of the company. The students showed high intelligence and literacy in the field of aviation, which indicates a good prospect for both future specialists of our organization and our country as a whole.

Following the meeting, graduate students who showed interest in the company left their contact details for feedback.

Similar work will continue in the educational institutions of  Zhezkazgan city  in April  this year, covering nearby rural schools.
