World's heaviest amphibious aircraft tap into a market in 2024

The AG600 amphibious aircraft manufactured by the Chinese aircraft building company AVIC continues testing and going on for date of introduction into service in 2024. The fire version of the aircraft AG600M arrived at the test center in Xi'an.
The upgraded version of the AG600M is scheduled to enter into service in 2024, while the search and rescue version of the four-engine turboprop aircraft will begin delivered in 2025.
AG600 is the largest amphibious aircraft in the world. The maximum takeoff weight of the AG600M (60 tons) is even bigger than it prototype (53.3 tons). For comparison: the weight of the second largest seaplane, Japanese Shinmaywa US-2 is 43 tons, and Russian Be-200 is 41 tons.
